In Bed

I am five years old. So you know how they say to say in bed after you read your fortune from a fortune cookie. Last night was chinese night at the cafeteria so I got a fortune cookie for me and the missionaries. Mine said "Take advantage of the dynamic energy to better your relationship....in bed" I seriously lost it I was laughing for like an hour. One of the elders was even worse. I can't remember the whole thing but the last line was "to get lucky". What next?! You will have great endurance and be extremely flexible?

Potpurri

I am amazing at procrastinating. Most people perfect the skill in college. Mine was perfected in 8th grade, so now it is a thrill, a race, like now for instance. I have an Astronomy 101 exam in an hour and a half, and am I studying. No. I will wait til theres 45 minutes left and see how much I can accomplish. I think I should get this checked out, but oh well, it's working for now.

I love chick lit. I really do, but I think it's socially acceptable for me to since I am only 20. My new favorite series is Confessions of a Shopaholic by Sophie Kinsella. There are five books in the series and all hilarious. The only scary thing is it is my autobiography, really and truly. I saw the movie on Valentines Day and it was adorable. IT WAS RATED PG! It was so clean and so funny. It was very different from the book, but captured the heart of the book and I loved it. Isla Fisher is great, and all in all the movie was just a fun film to see. I would definately recommend it to all.

The missionaries in our ward are great. They are so funny, and having some good success here. I get a great oppurtunity to teach with them a lot since they teach a lot of students and they think it helps if a fellow student is there. Me and Bonnie feed them a lot since our meal plan has a certain amount of "guest swipes" that a pre paid for and if we don't use is a complete waste of money. I think this is hilarious and self explanatory.

Shameless Plug

I love getting mail! I love mail so much I could probably right a haiku about mail. I recently signed up for netflix, and I love it, not so much for the movies which I do thoroughly enjoy, but for the MAIL! I just wanted to let all of you know that I love getting mail of all sizes and sorts and even have a mail wall, which is dominated by Jackie Potvin. Bookshelf

I made a bookshelf. I built it all by myself and used tools! I am now officially a grownup. Unfortunatley during the process I also hammered my thumb which bleed alot so during my grownup task I had to put two Hello Kitty bandaids on my thumb. I now want to bring all my books form home to put on my bookshelf even though it is totally irrational. Also on the topics of books Liz got me HOOKED on LibraryThing. I love it! It is so user friendly and it's a great way to find books.

Also, on top of my shelf I have this adorable thing that I learned to make from Wendy, a very crafy lady in my ward. It is just an old book and it makes a great, very simple decoration. She also just opened her own Etsy store so go visit!
